Women’s History Month Paint Party

Lake Land’s own Tanille Ulm will guide participants in painting pre-designed canvases featuring themed images. There will be a variety of cute designs to choose from, and all painting supplies will be provided, making this a fun and creative way to celebrate Women’s History Month.

Summer and Fall Registration

Summer and Fall schedules go live on March 7. Registration opens on March 26. Remember to make an appointment with your academic advisor so you can be cleared to register!

Important Graduation Info

If you plan to graduate and participate in this year’s Commencement, you must apply to graduate in the Laker Hub or in person at Admissions & Records by March 21 to be guaranteed seating in the Field House for your guests! Call 217-234-5028 for more information. Commencement is Friday, May 16, at 6 p.m. in the Field House.

Run for Student Government Association

Have you completed 29 or more credit hours? Will you be returning to campus in the Fall? We need YOU to be the voice of the student body by joining SGA! Applications will be available on the Laker Hub from February 21 at 8 a.m. to March 21 at 4 p.m.

National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS)

Invitations for the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) have been sent out to eligible Lake Land College students! NSLS is a nationally accredited honor society open to any LLC student with a GPA of 2. 75 or higher. This is an amazing opportunity for our students to grow both personally and professionally. Returning students who qualify shots to grow both personally and professionally. Returning students who qualify should be on the lookout for their invitations in the mail.
