TRIO First Generation Student Celebration
Celebrate National First-Generation Day with TRIO! This day commemorates the achievements of our students who are among the first generation of their families to strive for a college degree. Play a Spin-the-Wheel Game and get some FREE candy! TRIO members, be sure to play for a TRIO-specific prize!

Veteran’s Day Celebration
Attend the Laying of the Wreath Ceremony in Podesta Park (across from Luther Student Center) to honor our brave veterans. After the ceremony, enjoy FREE subs, cookies and activities in the Luther Student Center.

Services and Resources Fair (on Campus, at Kluthe & Online)
Learn about the many valuable resources that are available to students here at the College. This event is a great opportunity to hear from various departments, such as Financial Aid, TRIO, Library Services, Counseling Services and more!

Lights, Camera, Smile! Headshots and Vision Boards
This is your chance to shine! Get a free professional headshot while also creating a vision board to visualize your future goals and aspirations. Activities provided by Career Services and the Swiftie Nation Club.

Peace Pole Ceremony
We are excited to celebrate Indigenous/Native American Heritage Month with the historic first reading of the College’s Land Acknowledgement and the establishment of a monument in Podesta Park. Come watch the slideshow from the monument dedication in the theater.

International Student Celebration
Join us for a historic celebration as a monument will be dedicated in honor of all of our International students and employees. There will also be displays set up in the Luther Student Center showcasing the flags of the countries where our international students travel from, with passports that you can fill up with stickers as you walk around the event!

Hot Cocoa Holiday Party
Get cozy with us and enjoy a cup of hot cocoa, holiday-themed music and fun crafts. Take a break and enjoy some time with your friends before the holiday break!
