Lake Land College’s online courses are an affordable option. One three credit hour class taken online at Lake Land College will cost about one fourth of the cost of a class taken online at other colleges. One of the greatest benefits to you, regardless of where you reside, is that you pay the same tuition rate for online classes as an in-district resident. We have students from across the street and across the world enrolled in our online classes.

Lake Land College is a member of Illinois Community Colleges Online (ILCCO) and the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (NC-SARA). Students taking online classes at Lake Land College who are from out-of-state should attempt to resolve any issues or complaints with the College first. If after following the College’s process for addressing Student Concerns and Grievances, an issue cannot be resolved internally, students may file a complaint about Lake Land College with the Illinois Community College Board or the Illinois Board of Higher Education.” If you are a student living out of the State of Illinois, you may also file your complaint with the state in which you reside (see Student Complaint Information by State).
