Distinguished Service Award Nomination

Award

The Office of the President is seeking nominations for the 2020 Lake Land College Distinguished Service Award. This is the 39th year for the Distinguished Service Award. It is designed for individuals whose exemplary service and contributions have benefited Lake Land College or its affiliated organizations (Foundation, Departments, Advisory Committees, Student Organizations, etc.). The Distinguished Service Award recipient will receive his/her award at the 2020 Spring Commencement. Present paid members of the faculty and staff and current members of the Board of Trustees are not eligible for these awards.

Presentation

The recipient(s) will be presented with an appropriate award at Spring Commencement on May 15, 2020.

Selection Process

Nomination forms will be distributed to appropriate groups each year, and nominations received on or before February 1, 2020 will be eligible for consideration for the award.

A committee consisting of two (2) members of the following: Lake Land College Board of Trustees, Lake Land College Alumni Association Board of Directors, Lake Land College Foundation Board of Directors, Faculty, Staff, and the President will make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees, who will make the final selection.

Nomination Form

Nominations to be submitted to the President's Office on or before December 13, 2019 . The Distinguished Service Award is designed for individuals who have rendered outstanding service to Lake Land College. Present paid members of the faculty and staff and members of the Board of Trustees are not eligible for the Distinguished Service Award.
