Pick up your cap and gown in the Bookstore - Monday, May 12, 2008- Thursday, May 15, 2008 or Friday, May 16, 2008, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Commencement Practice Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. in the Field House.

Commencement Ceremony Friday, May 16, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. in the Field House. Graduates should report to their assigned buildings for line up at 7 p.m.

If you need an accommodation due to a disability, call 217- 234-5230 to request arrangements prior to the practice session on Thursday.

If you have any questions concerning the Commencement Ceremony or practice, stop by the Admissions Office of the Student Center/Administration Building or call 217-234-5377.

Live streaming coverage of the 2008 Lake Land College Commencement

Tell your neighbors, tell your friends, tell your aunt in Wyoming or your Grandma in Tennessee.

You now have the opportunity to share your commencement experience with those who can’t attend the ceremony. Lake Land College will stream graduation live at www.lakelandcollege.edu on Friday May 16, 2008, 7:30 p.m. (CST).

For your guests attending the ceremony overflow seating is available in the Theater of the Student Center or in Webb Hall 081. These are both wheelchair accessible and air conditioned. Commencement will be viewed via a large screen in both locations.

The ceremony will also air on Consolidated Communications’ DVS channel 13 on Wednesday, May 21 at 7:00 p.m. (CST) and Sunday May 25 at 3:00 p.m. (CST)
